Russian Cheesecake With Chocolate Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. butter
    2 egg yolks
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. lemon rind
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Cream together first three ingredients.
    Cook lemon rind in sugar water until tender.
    Toast almonds lightly in butter.
    Mix all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
    Blend in almonds and mix throughout.
    Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
