Corn Muffin Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream-style corn
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick oleo, melted
1 box dry Jiffy cornbread mix
1 chopped onion, optional
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and put in greased 9 X 13 inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
