Homestyle Kosher Dills - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 to 30 cucumbers
    1 head fresh dill
    1 small hot pepper
    2 to 3 cloves garlic
    2 qt. water
    1 qt. vinegar
    2/3 c. canning salt
Preparation
    Wash cucumbers; cut off ends and pack in quart jars.
    Add dill, hot pepper and cloves.
    Bring to a boil the water, vinegar and salt.
    Pour hot solution over cucumbers and seal jars. Pickles will be ready in 3 to 4 weeks.
    Makes 4 or 5 quarts.
