Mimosa Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. light cream
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper
    1 head bibb lettuce
    1 orange
    1/4 lb. purple and green grapes
    1 hard-cooked egg
Preparation
    In a salad bowl, mix
    together\tthe
    cream, lemon juice and seasonings.
    Wash and dry lettuce leaves.
    Peel the orange and cut
    into
    thin
    slices.
    Wash
    grapes.
    Peel
    and\tslice banana. Place the lettuce leaves,
    orange,\tgrapes and banana in salad bowl on top of
    dressing.
    Toss
    just
    before serving and garnish with sliced egg.
