    1 c. milk
    1 scant c. wheat flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
Mix eggs and 1 cup milk.
Add wheat flour and salt and beat until it forms a smooth batter.
Add another 1 cup milk and melted butter.
Heat a pancake pan or frying pan.
Pour a thin layer of batter in the pan.
Bake until brown on one side.
Turn over and bake on the other side.
It may be necessary to melt a little butter in the pan for the first pancake.
Serve the pancakes with jam, lingonberries, fruit sauce or fresh berries.
Small blini-sized pancakes made in the same manner on a special griddle are called \"plattar.\"
    Makes 4 servings.
This is a favorite of Prince Bertil of Sweden.
