Noodles With Chicken Livers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. green beans
    1 lb. wide noodles
    4 Tbsp. butter
    10 oz. chicken livers
    1 1/4 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 tsp. vinegar
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. chicken stock
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Blanch beans for 1 minute.
    Remove beans from water and add pasta to the same boiling water.
    Cook al dente; drain.
    Heat butter and saute livers to brown on outside.
    Add mushrooms and vinegar.
    Increase heat to reduce liquid.
    Season, then pour in stock, then reduce by half.
    Stir in beans, pasta and parsley.
