Southern Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white corn syrup
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1 heaping c. pecans
    3 eggs
    dash of salt
    dash of vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Pour in 9-inch pastry shell.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 or 50 minutes.
    Cool and top with whip cream or ice cream.
