Cherry Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 large container Cool Whip
1 can cherry pie filling
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add sugar and crumbs.
Put into pie plate and bake 8 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Mash cream cheese with powdered sugar; cream well.
Mix in Cool Whip.
Put into cooled crust.
Top with cherry pie filling mixed with 1/4 cup sugar and almond extract. Chill.
