Rhubarb Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 c. fresh sliced rhubarb
Preparation
    Blend first four ingredients; add rhubarb and eggs and pour over rhubarb in pie shell.
    Top with pastry cover.
    Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0 and 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
