Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    4 eggs
    2 c. mashed bananas
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add vanilla and lemon juice.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add bananas.
    Sift salt, flour, soda and baking powder, add alternately with sour cream to banana mixture.
    Fold in nuts. Pour in 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    (I put a sheet of wax paper in the bottom of pans.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
