White Sauce Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. penne pasta
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 can chicken broth
    3/4 c. milk
    4 tsp. parsley (fresh is best; dried ok)
    salt and pepper to taste
    2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Boil water. Add penne. Cook 8 to 10 minutes in salted water with a little olive oil. Drain. (DO NOT RINSE.)
