Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. milk (1 1/2 c. whole milk, 1/2 c. evaporated)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 unbaked pie shells or 1 deep dish shell
Preparation
    Heat milk to boiling.
    Beat eggs and sugar.
    Pour boiling hot milk into egg and sugar mixture and beat for 1 minute.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 5 minutes, then 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Done when knife comes out clean when inserted in center of pie.
