Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/3 c. shortening
    2 cakes yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    2 eggs
    6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over sugar and shortening in large bowl. Cool to lukewarm.
    Soften yeast in 1/4 cup lukewarm water and add to first mixture with eggs and then 3 cups flour.
    Beat well.
    Add remaining flour.
    Do not knead.
    Let rise until double in bulk, about 2 hours.
    Punch down and shape into rolls and let raise again, about 2 hours.
    Bake about 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Dough can be mixed and kept in refrigerator overnight and raised 2 or 3 hours in the morning.
