Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large head lettuce, chopped
    4 medium diced tomatoes
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 large bag taco chips
    1 large bottle Italian dressing
    1 bottle hot sauce
Preparation
    Cook beef until browned; drain fat and cool.
    Mix small amount hot sauce with beef; set mixture aside.
    Chop lettuce, tomatoes, pepper and onion.
    Mix in large bowl; add meat mixture, cheese and taco chips.
    Add Italian dressing; toss until well coated.
