Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1/4 c. sugar
1 yeast cake or 1 pkg. yeast
1 c. or more cold water
1/2 c. warm water
Preparation

Melt shortening.
Put in sugar; add 1 cup of cold water.
Then add yeast which has been dissolved in about 1/2 cup warm water. Put salt in flour, also break egg in flour.
Then make up dough with water and yeast mixture.
Let rise a little and put in refrigerator.
