Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. drained cooked squash (yellow or zucchini)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 stick melted butter or margarine
2 small grated carrots
1 small chopped onion
1 small bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Preparation

Mix stuffing and melted butter; set aside.
Mix remaining ingredient in casserole plus 1/2 stuffing mix.
Cover with rest of stuffing.
Cook uncovered for 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
