Double Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large baking potatoes
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. sour cream
4 Tbsp. or more milk
1 (3 oz.) jar pimentos
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Bake potatoes at 400\u00b0 for one hour.
Cut potato in half lengthwise and scoop out potato (be careful to keep skin in one piece).
Mash potato with butter, sour cream and milk; fold in pimentos.
Put potato mixture back into potato skin; put Cheddar cheese on the top and bake until hot and cheese is melted, about 1/2 hour, at 350\u00b0.
