Ingredients

1 2/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. oil
Preparation

Measure dry ingredients into mixing bowl.
Combine beaten egg yolks, milk and oil.
Stir into dry ingredients.
Beat egg whites until stiff, not dry.
Carefully fold into batter.
Pour 2/3 cup onto hot griddle.
Makes 6 large waffles.
Freezes well.
