Ingredients

1 3/4 c. self-rising flour or 1 3/4 c. cake flour
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
2/3 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Mix and pour into two 8-inch cake pans which have been greased and floured.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool and frost with 7 Minute Frosting and sprinkle with coconut.
Delicious when warm!
