Mexican Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Delicious apples
2 avocados
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 large pineapple, peeled and cored
3 large oranges, peeled
1 bunch romaine lettuce, shredded
1 pt. fresh strawberries
1/2 to 3/4 c. coconut
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. grated lime rind
juice of 2 limes
Preparation

Remove core from apples; cut into wedges.
Peel avocados; cut into wedges.
Combine apples, avocados and lemon juice in a bowl; toss to coat.
Cut pineapple into cubes.
Slice oranges crosswise. Place lettuce on a serving plate.
Arrange apples, avocados, pineapple, oranges and strawberries over lettuce.
Sprinkle with coconut.
Combine sugar, water, lime rind and lime juice in a small bowl.
Mix well.
Pour over salad.
