Rhubarb Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. chopped rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 pkg. dry yellow or white cake mix
margarine
2/3 c. coconut
Preparation

Combine and bring to boil sugar, cornstarch, water and cinnamon.
Put rhubarb in baking dish and pour sugar mixture over it.
Sprinkle cake mix over top and dot with margarine.
Sprinkle coconut over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
