Chocolate Rocks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 c. dark raisins
1 c. peanuts (salted or unsalted)
Preparation

Cover 2 baking sheets with waxed paper and set aside.
Melt chocolate and peanut butter in top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water.
Stir in peanuts and raisins.
Drop by spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets.
Chill until firm.
Cover tightly and store in cool place.
In hot weather, refrigerate.
Makes about 2 pounds.
