Jacquies Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    oil
    1 c. white rice
    1 medium onion
    1/2 large green pepper
    1 Tbsp. beef bouillon
    2 c. tomato sauce (one 8 oz. can tomato sauce and 1 c. water)
Preparation
    Put oil in pan to cover bottom.
    Add rice.
    Saute carefully until browned.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir.
    Boil with lid on, then simmer 18 minutes.
    Stir again.
    Cook until done.
