Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 c. chopped vegetable (broccoli, spinach or cauliflower)
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Grease a 10-inch deep pie or quiche plate.
    If vegetables are frozen, do not cook.
    If vegetables are fresh, cook 5 minutes. Mix all vegetables, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Beat eggs, milk and Bisquick.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
