Luncheon Pan Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. scalded milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. lukewarm water
    4 c. flour
    1 egg
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Add butter, sugar and salt.
    Let stand until lukewarm.
    Add egg, yeast and flour.
    Knead and let rise (about 2 hours).
    Knead and shape into rolls, greasing between rolls in a buttered pan.
    Let rise until double in size, then bake 12 to 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Makes 20 large rolls.
