Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
6 oz. small curd cottage cheese
1 stick melted margarine
3/4 tsp. salt
1 can Mexicorn, drained
1 box Jiffy cornmeal mix
Preparation

Drain broccoli.
Combine all ingredients, except cornmeal mix. Mix well, then add cornmeal mix.
Stir good and pour into a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
