Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can French-cut green beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can whole yellow corn, drained
1 (16 oz.) can small green peas, drained
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped green or red onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 (4 oz.) jar minced pimento, drained
1/2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In medium saucepan, combine the vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and oil.
Bring to a boil; cool completely.
Pour over vegetables. Toss until vegetables are coated.
Cool several hours or overnight.
