Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained well
    1/3 c. green pepper, grated
    1 Tbsp. onion, grated
    1 Tbsp. Lawry's salt
    2 c. peanuts or walnuts (save 1/2 to roll cheese ball in)
Preparation
    Leave cream cheese at room temperature.
    Make sure pineapple is well drained.
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Roll in nuts.
    Place in refrigerator until time to serve.
    Serve on crackers.
