Traditional Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg and salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Mix and pour into pie shell.
Bake 15 minutes.
Reduce heat. Bake 35 to 40 minutes longer or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Cool. Garnish as desired.
