Pecan Pie Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar (granulated)
    1/2 c. butter, soft
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2/3 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. light or dark corn syrup
    3 eggs
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix sugar, butter, vanilla and egg in bowl.
    Stir in flour.
    Press dough in bottom of 1/2-inch up sides of ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake until edges are light brown, 10 to 15 minutes.
