Andagi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour (unsifted)
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk (2%)
Preparation
    Fold ingredients together.
    Don't mix too much, just until a soft consistency.
    Use ice cream scoop to place into pan of cooking oil (about 2 to 3 inches).
    Yields about 30 doughnuts.
