Berry-Colada Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    1 (15 oz.) can cream of coconut
    3 c. pineapple juice, chilled
    3 c. club soda, chilled
    2 c. rum (optional)
Preparation
    Process strawberries and cream of coconut in a blender until smooth. Pour into a pitcher or large bowl. Stir in pineapple juice, club soda and, if desired, rum. Serve over crushed ice. Yield: 2 1/2 quarts.
