Corn Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 well beaten egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. melted margarine or shortening
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Stir dry ingredients together.
Mix egg, milk and shortening. Add to dry ingredients.
Mix quickly and pour into 12 greased (or Pammed) 2-inch muffin tins or a 9 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until brown.
Makes 12 muffins.
