Corn Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    2 eggs
    1 small can evaporated milk (2/3 c.)
    4 Tbsp. or 1/4 stick melted butter or margarine
    2 tsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. coarsely crushed soda crackers
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. diced Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Drain liquid from whole kernel corn into a cup.
    Save 1/4 cup of liquid.
    Beat eggs lightly in large bowl.
    Stir in 1/4 cup of liquid and other ingredients.
    Spoon into 8-cup baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until set.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    It can be made with Jack cheese or Mozzarella but Swiss is better.
