One Skillet Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    1 boneless round steak (about 1 1/2 lb.)
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 can (14 1/2 oz.) whole tomatoes, cut up
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1 tsp. garlic powder with parsley
    1 can (8 3/4 oz.) whole kernel corn
    1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
Preparation
    In pie plate combine flour, seasoned salt and pepper.
    Coat steak with flour mixture.
    In large skillet, heat oil and brown steak on both sides.
    Add tomatoes, onion and garlic powder with parsley.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer 25 minutes.
    Add corn and green pepper; cover and simmer 15 minutes longer.
