Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium cabbage, cut up
3 to 4 potatoes, sliced 1/8-inch thick
1 large onion
1 bell pepper, sliced in strips
1 can whole kernel corn
salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. pkg. smoked sausage, cut in 3/4-inch pieces
Preparation

Layer cabbage in casserole dish.
Cover cabbage good with potatoes.
Add few pepper strips.
Add salt and pepper.
Add onions and few pepper strips.
Add corn and rest of pepper strips.
Top with sausage.
Sausage should cover top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Good with corn bread.
