Kock Kaese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk (can use skim)
    1/4 lb. or 1 stick oleo or butter
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese (no holes)
Preparation
    Mix flour, butter and milk in a heavy saucepan or double boiler over low heat, stirring constantly, until you have a thick sauce.
    Remove from heat.
    Add diced Swiss cheese until cheese melts.
    (May add caraway seed.)
