Savory Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 Tbsp. minced green onion
4 Tbsp. minced green pepper
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream cheese needs to be somewhat softened.
Drain the pineapple thoroughly.
Mix 1/2 cup pecans and the remaining ingredients; chill.
Form into ball or log; roll in remaining pecans.
Chill at least overnight, as the flavors need time to blend.
