Hankie Pankies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper
    Party size rye bread
Preparation
    Combine beef and pork, then brown. Remove all grease and add spices. While meat is still warm, add Velveeta and mix well. Scoop and spread mixture on party size rye bread. If not serving right away, place on cookie sheets and freeze. When frozen, place in zip lock bags and return to the freezer. When ready to serve, replace on cookie sheet and heat for 15 minutes at 400 (no need to defrost before heating).
