Betty'S Apple Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. Crisco
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    4 egg yolks
    8 Tbsp. cold water
    5 lb. apples
    2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    Crust:\tSift 4\tcups
    flour with 2 teaspoons salt.
    Add Crisco and cut
    into
    size
    of small peas.
    Shake lemon juice, egg yolks and
    cold
    water together.\tAdd to flour.
    Work with dough until it can
    be formed and rolled out.
    Divide dough in half.
    Roll out 1
    portion\tto
    jelly roll pan size.
    Pat into pan.
