Bonnie'S Vegetable-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, etc.
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
    6 oz. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Place vegetables in baking dish.
    Melt 1/2 stick margarine and Velveeta.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Melt 1/2 stick margarine and combine with cracker crumbs.
    Sprinkle over vegetables.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
