Casseroll Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1/3 c. very warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Scald the milk; stir
    in
    the
    sugar, salt and 1 tablespoon of the margarine and cool to lukewarm.
    Melt the rest of the margarine and set aside to cool.
    Measure the water into a large bowl.
    Sprinkle
    in
    the yeast and stir until dissolved. Stir in the
    lukewarm
    milk
    mixture
    and flour, beating until smooth and elastic
    (about 50 strokes).
    Brush the top lightly with some of the butter,
    cover\tand
    let rise in a warm place until double in bulk, about 25 minutes.
