Brunch Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. chopped ham (2 c.)
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    8 (7-inch) flour tortillas
    4 beaten eggs
    2 c. cream
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    few drops hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Combine ham, onions and peppers, plus half of the cheese.
    Mix and place 1/8 of mixture at end of each tortilla and roll up. Place seam side down in a greased 12 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish.
