Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    3/8 tsp. salt
    3 egg yolks
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1 egg
    4 1/2 Tbsp. water
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Melt margarine slowly.
    Mix flour, sugar and salt together. Beat the egg yolks and whole egg together, adding water, lemon juice and margarine.
    Mix together well, then add to the sugar-flour mixture.
    Pour into the unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until knife in the center comes out clean, about 35 minutes.
