Millet Casserole(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. dry millet
    2 c. distilled water
    3/4 tsp. sea salt
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    3 c. tomato juice
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    1/4 tsp. summer savory
    1 Tbsp. sweet basil
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 can sliced olives
Preparation
    Boil water, millet and salt 3 minutes.
    Turn heat low.
    Cover tightly and simmer 20 minutes.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Put into lecithin-prepared 8 x 8-inch baking dish and cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Turn off heat and let stand 10 minutes. Serve hot.
    Serves 8 people.
