Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 large eggs, lightly beaten
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    2 c. mashed bananas
    3 c. all purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 c. flaked coconut
    20 oz. can of crushed pineapple, drained
    16 oz. jar maraschino cherries, drained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease and flour a 10 inch bundt pan. Cream together sugar and oil; add eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk; Mix just until blended (don't over mix). Blend in bananas.
