Ingredients

12 c. rhubarb
10 c. sugar
1 box raisins
4 oranges
Preparation

Cut rhubarb in small pieces.
Cover with sugar and let stand overnight.
Grind the orange rinds and raisins.
Add the orange juice.
Let simmer for 3 or 4 hours and pack in hot sterilized jars and seal.
Stir mixture to prevent burning or scorching.
