Pickled Eggs And Hot Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 doz. hard-boiled eggs
    1 doz. hot pepper pots
    2 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. pickle spice
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Choose young tender pods of okra, no more than 3-inches long. Wash and place in a colander. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Dip colander into boiling water for 1 minute to blanch okra. Drain well. Pack okra in sterile jars with stem up. Prepare Vinegar Spice Mixture and pour over okra. Seal lids and water bath for 5 minutes.
