Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    6 eggs, beaten
    6 slices bread, crumbled
    2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) bag sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Crumble sausage.
    Cool and drain.
    Beat eggs.
    Add milk and mix well.
    Add all remaining ingredients.
    Spray a 13 x 9-inch pan with cooking spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until knife blade comes out clean when inserted in middle, about 30 to 40 minutes.
