Vegetable Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mashed potatoes
3 Tbsp. milk
1 c. grated fresh corn or canned whole kernel
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Drop by teaspoonful into hot fat and cook until brown.
Drain on absorbent paper.
Makes 8 puffs.
